The below questions were submitted by users:

• What happens if the volunteer doesn't show up for their volunteering time?
  Each volunteer may be excused from showing up for their volunteer time if they are sick, there is a family emergency, a funeral to attend, or during a religious holiday. The volunteer will not earn money toward their debt during this time, only for hours physically spent helping their chosen charity. Each city will have a volunteer coordinator and will handle these incidents on a case by case basis.
  
  
• What happens if you don't have enough volunteers to work?
  Honestly, we would love this problem, but it will probably never happen. We have had hundreds of volunteers sign up already with very little publicity. The more challenging quest is to find donors to give money to sponsor one of the volunteers. If we had more money coming in than volunteers, we would set up booths on local college campuses advertising our need for more volunteers. Currently, this is not an issue.
  
  
• Can only businesses contribute or can individuals donate as well?
  We have both individuals and businesses donating. Currently, we have more generous individuals donating than businesses. Individuals can involve their whole family and have their donation be in the honor of a loved one.
