Volunteer Sign Up Form


Below you will find our volunteer sign up form. Please fill out the form fully. None of your information will be given to anyone or sold. By filling out the form this does not guarantee you will be selected as a volunteer, but we will review each application and select the first project volunteers (who will get paid $20 per hour to volunteer!) from this pool. You do not have to live in DC, Dallas, or Okc to fill out the form, but those are the cities we will have our first pilot programs available in right now. We will notify you when a program is available near you, so go ahead and fill the form out! Also, tell your friends to sign up as well.
